From humble beginnings Brima is pushing towards a strong future.

Brima Logistics was established in 2005 on the vision of Tshepo Mokholo, founder and owner. The founding vision was, and continues to be, to offer customers a broad spectrum of logistics services that will honour the principles of excellence, efficiency and productivity. We have grown significantly since our humble beginnings which consisted of nothing more than a dream, a truck and a committed core team. Today we are a Medium Enterprise operating successfully within a highly competitive logistics environment. We have a fully staffed head office in Johannesburg with branches in Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth, Polokwane and Bloemfontein.

Our strategic placement and route planning allows us to support a customer footprint across the entire Southern Africa region and beyond. We believe that our growth is largely due to our unwavering ability to meet the dynamic needs of specialised customers. 1. Clearing & Forwarding

Brima is a trusted Clearing and Forwarding Agent. We provide import and export, clearing and forwarding services through air and sea. Feel free to contact us for rates regarding import and export purposes.

2. warehousing

Brima provides shared warehousing solutions for extra flexibility & the added cost benefits associated. (labour, equipment, transportation). Our personnel are highly experienced, ensuring optimal & efficient storage at all times.

3. courier services

Brima provides national & international door-to-door delivery solutions. Services range from same day, ground and air options. We specialise in the distribution of documents & other small items.

4. reverse logistics

Brima’s Reverse Logistics service assists customers to properly manage the disposal of obsolete assets. This service involves moving goods to a specified site where the objects are intended for disposal, resale, re-manufacture or refurbishment.

Brima – E Cash On- Line Terms and Conditions of carriage.

Please note that we do not offer insurance on any parcels, but each consignment will be covered up to the value of R600.00

We do not transport the following goods:

  • Glass
  • Paintings
  • Money
  • Bonds
  • Perishable goods
  • Dangerous / hazardous goods

All quotations on line are charged on the volumetric or actual weight whichever is the greatest.

Volumetric is 5000 - calculations are as follow length x width x height divided by 5000.

Brima will be doing weight test on each consignment and if there is a difference in weight of more than 2 kg that is exceeding the weight on the quote we have the right to keep the parcel until the difference due is paid or we will return the parcel to the sender with no refund in courier charges.

Brima have the right to scan all parcels received for distribution to ensure that we are not transporting anything that is illegal.

Brima needs adequately and clearly addressed consignments to enable effective delivery thereof.

All goods collected must be adequately packaged to withstand the ordinary incidents of transit risk and normal rigours of road transportation.

If Brima is for any reason unable to deliver the goods, reasonable steps would be taken to return the goods to the sender/customer.

Brima will not be responsible for the packaging of any parcels collected.

Claims shall not be considered if the waybill has not been endorsed or signed as condense not checked.

Any claims should be done without 24 hours after receiving of the parcel, after 24 hours Brima shall not be held responsible.

All damaged goods must be returned to Brima and a claim form must be completed.

Please note that if Brima pays the claim, the stock will then be the property of Brima who have the right to keep or dispose (salvage) of the goods.

The customer/sender shall be held responsible for any monies and cost owed to Brima including collections charges or return charges if any deliveries has been attempted and Brima had to return the parcel to the sender.
